UI LEAP

std

September 30, 2010

Embassy Suites on the River

Des Moines, IA

Iowa faces challenges and opportunities in responding to the health care needs of our aging population. As the "Baby Boom" generation grows older, expanding and improving high-quality care will be even more essential. Iowa's health care leaders are working to increase health literacy, improve inpatient services, coordinate outpatient health care with community-based programs, and expand options for long-term and end-of-life care. Plan to attend this all-day conference on SEPTEMBER 30, 2010 to interact with state and national leaders and to learn more about enhancing geriatric care across Iowa.
